You are mixing things up. Lemme sum up AP

 

Team Event uses:

Team Event Doesn't Use:

1) Specific ITC Event Nerfs (2++ Rerollable, Str D, etc)

2) ITC Event Criteria (3 Detachments, LOW limits, etc)

Also, the LRC takes restrictions on Scat Bikes, LOW, etc into consideration because it takes the entire list into consideration.

Please note that their potential restriction on scat bikes didn't pass.  There is no current restriction on them.
